Those that apply during May and June make you eligible for $50 and those applying any other time, make you eligible for $25.
Referral Policies
1. Only referrals for new applicants will be rewarded – we will not reward referrals for persons who have applied at CC within the last 2 years.
2. Rewards are only paid for qualified referrals who apply with CC, go through our full application process, meet our hiring criteria, and work one full week in a temporary or direct-hire role.
3. Only one reward paid per person referred (even if the person referred ends up being placed multiple times).
4. Rewards will only be paid out to referrers who are already registered as CC candidates and who have kept their contact info up-to-date with us.
5. CC does not guarantee employment to any individual and reserves the right to change these program rules at any time.
