Your CC contact will reach out periodically to see how things are going with your placement, usually on the first or second day and then ongoing on a monthly basis. You might also receive an emailed evaluation to provide feedback on how they are doing and how we are doing.

Invoice preferences are generally ironed out on your Account Information Form, but by default, we will generate invoices on a bi-weekly basis for the two associated payroll periods.

Temporary/contract employees are considered employees of Career Connections, even though you are their supervisor. While on our payroll, health benefits are not available to our contract employees, but after certain hour requirements are met, they qualify for holiday pay and a longevity bonus (at no cost to you).

We love to hear it! Some assignments start out designated as a temp-to-direct assignment and the employee is expecting to be hired directly. Some start out as temporary and then you decide you need them as part of your permanent team. Technically, you can direct hire at ANY time. For no additional fee/cost from our team, they have to be on our payroll for at least 480 hours (which is generally 90-days if they are working full-time). Contact us to check in on hour counts or what the fee would be if you want to transition sooner than the 480.
