Job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of any final screening steps as well as onboarding paperwork. You can check your candidate portal profile for any pending onboarding documents we need from you.
We want to pay you accurately! While some assignments may differ, most assignments require a weekly online timesheet. You can use the candidate portal to submit or download the JobDiva MyTime app for your smart phone.
We pay all of our employees on a weekly basis. There is no holding week, just processing time. Our payroll period runs Monday through Sunday. Any hours worked during that period are paid out the Friday after that completed week. We will direct deposit or prepare a paper check.
